- The participant must complete the registered amount of distance, which is unchangeable once the event start.  
- 84Race only considers the result provided by the participant’s account that is connected with Strava.
- The valid pace (time spent for each kilometre) could be no less than 5.00 and more than 20.00 (In other words, the minimum speed for performance calculation is 5 minutes/km and maximum speed is 20 minutes/km)
- If the registration and/or connection to the tracking app happen in progress of the race, the results will only be counted from the time of successful registration and/or app-connection.
- Requests for time extension from the participants who have yet to complete the registered distance are not accepted.
- Operations created using the Add manual entry feature will be considered invalid, and these manual update results are not accepted.
- For activities using the "Add Others" function on Strava (also known as Group Activities), the accomplishment of the "Tag" person will be counted as invalid, and the system only records the activity of the main one.
- Each run must be at least 1 kilometre to be considered valid.  
- In case a participant's running results show signs of cheating, the Organiser reserves the right to request an inspection where their handling decision will be the final one. Other parties must comply without complaining or suing rights.
- Participation in this virtual race is completely voluntary. Athletes hold sole responsibility for the risks that may arise from participating in the race, meaning, CNCF and 84Race are exempt from all liability arising in connection with health safety and consequences (if any) resulting from the participant's actions.

- Tangible prizes will only be awarded to athletes participating in the Vietnam physical run.
Grand prize: T-shirt, a wooden medal, bag, a letter of appreciation and a complimentary e-certificate for completing the registered distance.

At the end of the first week of the virtual race (24:00 16/09/2023), there will be a lucky draw for 3/10 individuals/groups who have completed the quota or gained the longest distance of the week.

- How the winner is determined:
The results will start to be recorded from 00:00 am 10/09/2023 to 12:00 pm 24/09/2023. Please remember to check the data synchronization during the process, after 12:00 pm 24/09/2023, any complaints will not be qualified.

Result announcement:
The results will be announced immediately on CNCF’s local as well as global social media after the event ends.  

- Prize delivery:
The prize will be sent directly to the participant's registered address 1 month from the day of the announcement (contact the Organiser for support if there are any changes in personal information
